SHIPPING:

 

Branded SD ships out every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, via USPS, you can track your package on the USPS website with the provided tracking number which we will email you once your order is shipped.  Please allow 24-48 hours from the receipt of the email to track your package.

 

US Shipping

 

3-5 business days processing & handling time.

 

Excludes Holidays and if stated as a special circumstance on our home page & banner.  

 

These are estimated times of arrival; once it is in the post office hands it is no longer in our control and you will have to take up any issues with the USPS.

 

Standard shipping time (7 - 10 business days)

 

Once an order is placed, Branded SD cannot edit or alter, this includes cancelation as well as coupon codes and discounts. Please double check to be sure your address and email address is correct before placing your order.  You will not receive our shipment notification with your tracking number if your email address is incorrect.

 

We will provide you with a tracking number.  Once the package is at the post office it is no longer in our control and any issues will need to be taken up with USPS.  We do not replace stolen packages.  Priority mail is insured. 

 

If you enter the wrong address or fail to enter your apartment number, and your package is returned to sender you will be charged for shipping to have it sent again.

REFUNDS / CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

The goods must be in original, unworn condition. Should items be returned with more than initial marks or stains, a cleaning fee will be deducted from your exchange or refund. Returned items that have been damaged or not in initial sold condition will be returned to the customer at your cost without a refund.

 

Exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery. 

 

Refund could take up to 7-10 business days.
